Mood Meter

Notice your feelings, and slowly understand what is happening inside

Sometimes you feel bothered, heavy, or simply not quite right, but cannot put it into words.

This tool helps you name what you feel, notice signals from your body, and look at what happened, what matters to you, and what you hope for. As these clues become clearer, it may be easier to choose what feels helpful next.

You do not need all the answers, and you may skip any question. Noticing one small thing is enough to begin.

At the end, you will have a Reflection Note with the feelings and clues you noticed. You can save it, revisit it, or use it to begin a conversation with someone you trust.
